We are hiring a Business Development Representative for Dallas, TX. Focuses on building referral relationships with Personal Injury Law firms, physicians and Case Management groups driving patient volume, and supporting clinic growth through outreach and territory management. Strong emphasis on cold calls, in-person visits, CRM tracking, event coordination, and maintaining relationships with referring practices and decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
•Develop and maintain relationships with law firms and case management groups.
•Prospect new referral sources through outreach, networking, and territory coverage.
•Make regular cold calls and onsite visits to Law Groups and attorney offices.
•Coordinate marketing efforts such as educational lunches, speaker events, and community outreach.
•Track activity and pipeline in a CRM and report on referral or lead performance.
•Support revenue growth by increasing referrals and helping convert attorney,provider relationships into patient volume.
Qualifications:
•Experience in business development specifically in the Personal Injury Landscape.
•Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and handle travel across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
•Familiarity with CRM tools
