IT Support & Systems Specialist (Onsite – Monterrey, NL)

Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León
Position Type: Full-Time
Work Environment: 100% Onsite (Contact Center Environment)

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on IT Support & Systems Specialist to provide onsite technical support for our growing contact center operations in Monterrey. This position is responsible for maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network connectivity, and supporting website and operational technology needs.

This role requires someone proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, headsets, and other peripherals

  • Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain computer hardware and software

  • Troubleshoot system, network, and connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, routers, internet providers)

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access

  • Support contact center systems (VoIP phones, CRM platforms, call center software)

  • Maintain and update company websites

  • Assist in development and formatting of operational documents, internal systems, and digital tools

  • Perform routine system maintenance and backups

  • Ensure cybersecurity best practices and data protection compliance

  • Coordinate with external vendors or service providers when needed

  • Maintain IT inventory and documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 2+ years of IT support experience (experience in a call center environment is a plus)

  • Strong knowledge of:

    • Windows OS & Microsoft 365

    • Networking fundamentals (routers, firewalls, VPNs)

    • Hardware installation and troubleshooting

    • Website management (WordPress or similar platforms preferred)

    • Basic web development (HTML, CSS, basic scripting preferred)

  • Experience with VoIP systems and CRM platforms is a plus

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
