Job Summary
The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides comprehensive mental health care to patients with emotional, behavioral, or psychological challenges. This role delivers evidence-based individual therapy; conducts psychosocial assessments; develops treatment plans; and collaborates with interdisciplinary clinical teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform clinical assessments, intake interviews, and mental health evaluations.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and goals.
- Provide individual therapy using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
- Collaborate with neurologists, medical staff, and support providers to coordinate care.
- Ensure compliance with ethical, regulatory, and documentation standards.
- Participate in case consultation, supervision, and team meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
- Active Texas or Colorado professional license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
- Proven experience providing therapy in clinical or medical behavioral health settings.
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred:
- Experience with neuropsychological or neurological patient populations.
- Training in trauma-informed, cognitive, or integrative therapies.
Market Compensation – Texas & Colorado (U.S.)
Base Salary Range: $90,000 – $120,000 per yearApply for this position
