Job Description – HR Operations Coordinator
Location: Downtown Monterrey, NL, Mexico (On-site)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: VP of Human Resources

We are currently seeking a highly organized, bilingual HR Operations Coordinator to support our daily HR and talent operations while working closely with the VP of Human Resources.
Position Summary
The HR Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting recruitment coordination, employee record management, HR administration, and onboarding operations. This position requires a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with leadership.
This is an on-site role based in downtown Monterrey.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring Support
Review, sort, and screen incoming candidate profiles and resumes
Serve as the first filter in the recruitment process
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
HR Administration & Employee Records
Maintain and update employee files and digital HR records
Track and follow up on important dates (start dates, anniversaries, reviews, contract renewals, certifications, etc.)
Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
HR Operations & Employee Engagement
Support employee recognition programs and internal communications
Assist with HR reporting and tracking metrics
Coordinate internal HR processes and administrative workflows
Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Executive HR Support
Work side-by-side with the VP of Human Resources
Assist with confidential HR initiatives and projects
Support process improvement and HR operations optimization
Qualifications & Requirements
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Must reside in Monterrey, Nuevo León
Availability to work on-site, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
Strong organizational and time management skills
High level of responsibility, discretion, and professionalism
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Preferred:
1–3 years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, or administrative roles
Experience supporting U.S. hiring processes
Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, or recruiting platforms
